School Spider
St Philip's Catholic Primary School uses School Spider, which can be downloaded from iCloud or Google play or used on the desktop. This platform streamlines communication between school and home.
If you are a parent who is struggling to access School Spider, here are two common issues and their solution!
I cannot log in to the app?
Ensure that you are using the correct username and password (these will have been sent to you by email from School Spider). If you’ve forgotten them, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your credentials. If you do not receive a new password link, please contact the school office to confirm your personal details held in school are correct.
I am not receiving any notifications?
Check your notification settings within the app or website. Make sure you’ve enabled email and/or SMS notifications for school updates. If you’re using the mobile app, ensure that push notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings.
